#Rangers have signed reliever Ian Kennedy to a minor league deal with an invitation to major league spring training. Kennedy had a rough go of it in Arizona last year but was successful for Texas in 2021 to the tune of 2.51 ERA in 32 gamesbefore trade to Philly
