[情報] 勇士教練團大改組

The #Braves fired hitting coach Kevin Seitzer, assistant hitting coach Bobby
Magallanes and catching coach Sal Fasano, a source confirmed to The Athletic.The team hasn't announced the moves but the coaches have been informed. Each
was under contract with the Braves through 2025.

The Braves will replace the two hitting coaches but will not fill the catching-coach position, which was designed specifically for Fasano. And from those I've spoken to, Chipper Jones is not a candidate for one of the hitting-coach
jobs, as he has a lot going on outside baseball.

勇士會找人填補打擊教練的缺，但不會填補捕手教練的缺，因為這本來就是幫Fasano
開的，然後Chipper Jones 並不會是打擊教練的接替候選人，因為他有其他棒球以外
要做的事情

Though #Braves' Anthopoulos & Snitker said after being eliminated from the
wild-card round they intended to bring back the coaching staff, a source saidthey had not begun the evaluation process at that point. They made the moves
now to give the coaches time to pursue other jobs.

雖然AA跟總教練Snitker在勇士被淘汰後有說要帶回所有的教練，但據說當時他們還沒
正式的評估，他們現在做出這些決定是為了給教練們時間去尋找其他工作機會

有說更換的主因是打擊相比2023在聯盟名列前茅，2024基本上全面烙賽，雖然傷病也是
影響球隊團隊攻擊的原因之一

(最直接的就是Acuna報銷)

不過當這些球員健康時的表現也明顯比2023更差，所以最後決定換個新方向

然後Chipper Jones雖然有時會擔任打擊顧問給點建議，但24年他沒有參加這方面的工
作，預計25年也不會回歸，所以才會說沒考慮他當打擊教練

這一次把聯盟現役待在單一球隊最久的打擊教練Seitzer給開除，然後原本是勇士小聯盟教練體系上來，21年被拔擢當打擊助理教練的Magallanes也一起請走了

算是真的大搬風了 之後會開始考慮各種人選 看看能不能救打擊了
