Phillies top 10 prospect Gabe Rincones Jr. is committed to play for Great
Britain in the World Baseball Classic.

Due to his torn labrum, Gabe won’t be playing the field, but he will DH for
GB Baseball. He was selected 93rd overall in the 2022 Draft.

親口證實將會代表英國隊征戰2023年世界棒球經典賽

但是因為肩膀關節唇撕裂傷，暫時無法上場守備，預計將會在經典賽以指定打擊的角色登場

Rincones 現年21歲，出生在佛羅里達，不過後來隨著家人陸續搬到委內瑞拉和蘇格蘭生活

先前在2022年大聯盟選秀會上在第三輪被費城人隊挑中

而他也被大聯盟官網列為費城人隊目前農場新秀排行榜前10名

去年大學賽季一共打了58場比賽

打擊三圍 .346/.451/.658 OPS 1.110 19發全壘打 69分打點
