Ohtani had interest in participating and, per Roberts, recognized fans would want to watch him in it. But, given his rehab, he and the team decided it wasn't worth the risk

蘿蔔受訪時表示大谷原本有興趣打全壘打大賽，他明白球迷想看他參加。

但考量到大谷本人還在復健，他跟道奇隊決定這次不值得冒著風險參賽。

所以未來幾年應該還是有機會去打

大谷來到道奇的理由是奪冠。扛起大聯盟不只是他的責任。他的工作，他簽約是為道奇隊效力。

蘿蔔也補充說如果不是還在復健的話，大谷的決定有可能會改變。但是由於大谷已經參加過一次大賽，今年參加就沒那麼有意義。
