[情報] 大聯盟開始使用電子暗號設備

今年春訓時開始試用，現在正式上路
MLB is expected to announce today the introduction of an on-field device to curtail sign stealing. PitchCom is a device that involves a pad with buttons worn on the wrist allowing quick/covert communication between pitchers/catchers. 5 players per team can use it. @Buster_ESPN
