基本上除了模組外，大部分槍聲，裝彈也有更換。
原本拿物品的動作也大都變成拎小人的動作。
不過因為製作這些小人槍大都是以原版人物為基準，所以倖存者有裝MOD可能會導致小人跑到畫面外。

另外不知為何做小人槍的人不少，但唯獨木噴跟獵狙這兩把被人遺忘。
明明更冷門的Scout跟AWP都有人做了。
