There are people who are very health or weight conscious who will heavily alter their diets to feel good about their fitness aspirations. For example, someone who is craving ice cream - but knows that it isn't a good choice for maintaining their weight - might skip dinner so that they can indulge in the ice cream. This isn't the greatest plan, but in their mind... it works. You may be substituting something now in your life so that you can have something else, but there is a better way, Gemini. The occasional indulgence is healthy. Constant deprivation is not.

對健康跟體重敏感的人,會大量地改變飲食讓他們對健身渴望的目的感覺良好。

舉例來說,某個人正在享用冰淇淋,但是知道那對維持他們的體重不好,

他們也許會跳過晚餐如此一來他們可以沉浸在冰淇淋裡。

這不是一個偉大的計畫,但是在他們的心裡,它很有用。

你現在也許在生活中替代某些事物,以便你能獲取到其他的東西,

但是有一個更好的方法,雙子們。

偶爾的耽溺是健康的。
