以眼還眼只限於同階級或下剋上

如果是上層自由人 打傷下層自由人 賠錢就好

蠻符合 現在一些 法 綠 階級想做到的事情

一般人殺一般人 沒問題 但一般人 殺 法 綠人 死先以死刑開始起訴

我懶得去翻 大概在漢摩拉比法典 196條左右 都有記載

196. If a man put out the eye of another man, his eye shall be put out. [ An
eye for an eye ]

197. If he break another man's bone, his bone shall be broken.

198. If he put out the eye of a freed man, or break the bone of a freed man,
he shall pay one gold mina.

199. If he put out the eye of a man's slave, or break the bone of a man's
slave, he shall pay one-half of its value

196 197 同階級 以牙還牙

198 199 不同階級就在講價格了
