A LOW-FLOOR TRAM
Urbos is a complete low floor tram, making boarding and alighting all the
more easier as it is at the exact same height as the platform. The floor
height can vary in the Urbos TT and Urbos AXL versions.

INNOVATIVE AND AVANT-GARDE DESIGN
The tram can become a characteristic feature, an essential part of a city's
identity. The unique, original design of the Urbos, helps to enrich and
modernise the image of the city in which it operates, giving the city its ownpersonality.

Urbos features a modern, futuristic interior and exterior design, whilst
ensuring a high standard of passenger comfort.

ON-BOARD COMFORT
The Urbos design is focussed on passenger comfort and safety. With this aim
in mind, this tram is fitted with seats that have been specially designed fordaily use on urban and tram transport. The seats are comfortable, modular,
individual, interchangeable, vandal-proof and lightweight.

Furthermore, all Urbos trams are equipped with heating and air conditioning
systems to ensure maximum passenger comfort throughout the journey.

PASSENGER INFORMATION
Urbos is fitted with interior indicators to keep passengers informed of the
route and other details such as arrival times, next stops, connections...
Each access platform has an indicator, which coincides with the location of avertical handhold.

THERE IS AN URBOS FOR EACH TYPE OF CITY

This family of trams is a modular solution that can be tailored to meet the
needs of each and every city and operator. With this aim in mind, the Urbos
range contemplates the following versions: Urbos 100, Urbos 70, Urbos AXL andUrbos TT.

Modular, flexible design: a choice of body ends, colours, etc.
Versatile and adaptable: in order to cater for different passenger flows.
Flexible configuration: 3 to 9 cars, to adapt to the passenger demand of eachspecific city. The customer can also define the number of doors and their
precise location on the side of each car.
Variable width: different widths of 2,300 mm, 2,400 mm or 2,650 mm.
Customised interior design: customers are offered the possibility of
customising much of the tram interior, according to particular preferences,
such as seat models and colours.
Multi-purpose module: which can be used as either a seating area, with an
in-line or face-to-face layout; a PRM area; for prams, pushchairs and bikes;
a luggage module; or an area with flip-up seats.
Uni or bi-directional trams: to suit each operator's specific infrastructure.

輕軌和電車實際上就差別不大

主要是後來 tram 會有歧異 和纜車 cable tram以及空中纜車 搞混

為了避免搞混 才用 light rail /street car 的

但是像曼徹斯特 就直接說 叫tram 或者 light rail都可以
