Today, the EU Digital COVID Certificate has reached another important
milestone with the go-live of the technical system at EU level, which allows
to verify certificates in a secure and privacy-friendly way. The EU
certificate was proposed by the Commission to resume safe travelling this
summer. It will be free of charge, secure and accessible to all. Available indigital format or on paper, it will be a proof that a person has been
vaccinated against COVID-19, tested negative, or recovered from an infection.

以我弱弱的英文來看，歐盟"武肺英國南非阿里不搭等病毒株"電子認證證明，
疫苗施打只是其中一個條件，還有 PCR 陰性或染病後康復等證明。

內文也沒寫，非要施打疫苗才能在歐盟會員國中移動，當然這是建議，
也許有其他歐盟國家非要施打疫苗才能進入，厲害的鄉民可以提供資訊。

目前歐盟、中國、美國都沒有強硬規定必須施打疫苗才能進入該區域，
我們的媒體超前部署幫我台灣島民設想若沒有國際認證的疫苗，
以後島民會舉步維艱，無法為台灣經貿打拚，台灣媒體真是高瞻遠矚，謝謝媒體!
