看來這次阿富汗撤軍的沖擊比預想的大，國家安全顧問、ait官方都需要公開放話了。

美國對台灣的承諾當然一如既往的堅定。問題是美國承諾了什么？

白紙黑字的台灣關系法說的很明白︰

IMPLEMENTATION OF UNITED STATES POUCY WITH REGARD TO TAIWAN

美國對台灣政策的實行

SEC. 3. (a) In furtherance of the policy set forth in section 2 of this Act,
the United States will make available to Taiwan such defense articles and
defense services in such quantity as may be necessary to enable Taiwan to
maintain a sufficient self-defense capability.

第三條︰A. 為了推行本法第二條所明訂的政策，美國將使台灣能夠獲得數量足以使其維持足夠的自衛能力的防衛物資及技術服務；

(b) The President and the Congress shall determine the nature and quantity ofsuch defense articles and services based solely upon their judgment of the
needs of Taiwan, in accordance with procedures established by law. Such
determination of Taiwan's defense needs shall include review by United Statesmilitary authorities in connection with recommendations to the President and
the Congress.

B. 美國總統和國會將依據他們對台灣防衛需要的判斷，遵照法定程序，來決定提供上述防衛物資及服務的種類及數量。對台灣防衛需要的判斷應包括美國軍事當局向總統及國會提供建議時的檢討報告。

(c) The President is directed to inform the Congress promptly of any threat
to the security or the social or economic system of the people on Taiwan and
any danger to the interests of the United States arising therefrom. The
President and the Congress shall determine, in accordance with constitutionalprocesses, appropriate action by the United States in response to any such
danger.

C. 指示總統如遇台灣人民的安全或社會經濟制度遭受威脅，因而危及美國利益（的情況發生）時，應迅速通知國會。總統和國會將依憲法程序，決定美國應付上述危險所應采取的適當行動。

美國明確承諾的就兩項︰賣武器、適當行動。

完全裝死、撤僑、把高官帶出去成立流亡政權、送武器，都是適當行動……

其實，美國做任何反應，都是適當行動，都是履行承諾，承諾當然一如既往的堅定。

以上諸君也不要7pupu，我只是引用台灣關系法原文而已。 另外，對于美國，承認台灣是主權獨立國家、建交、賣f35、松綁核武器，代價都遠比用美 軍的人命替台灣人擋槍要小得多。 前面這几項，美國都做不到，鄉民指望著美軍直接來填人命？ 搞笑呢？
