7.4. Competitive Patch
The MSI will be played on the 12.8 patch. Changes to the competitive patch will be at the discretion of the MSI.
Champions who have not been available on the live service for more than 1 week will be automatically restricted. Champions that have undergone reworks will be subject to the MSI officials’ discretion. Any champion may be disabled at
any point at the discretion of MSI officials.
A list of restricted champions will be provided to all teams before the event.

7.4 競賽版本
季中邀請賽將採用12.8版本。所有關於比賽的版本變動都將被審慎考量。
上線未滿一週的新英雄將禁止使用。官方會審慎檢視經歷重製的英雄，並於季中邀請賽正式賽事中保有禁用裁量權。 任何英雄都有可能因為任何理由在正式比賽版本中被禁用。
英雄禁用表將在賽事開始前提供給所有參賽隊伍。
烏龍在5/22的轉播中有提到斯溫好像被auto ban，但因為用英文搜尋也找不到斯溫是否真的被禁用，只好直接把規則書抓出來核對，對其他規則有興趣的可以自己點進去看。
看完PSG打G2，原本覺得打SGB穩了想小買一點運彩，審慎考量後決定等看完SGB打RNG的
狀態再說，畢竟LMS時期，打贏強隊之後輸給外卡，直接被水鬼拖下去淘汰的戲碼有點太熟悉，直覺告訴我#別買太多，還好最後只買了100圖個參與感.......。
因為怕忘記，早在藍寶舞台一開始就憑直覺把神預測活動都按完了。當我登入遊戲準備領我的橘粉時，發現自己居然在水鬼日喜獲寶箱一個？細看發現.....

悟空那算小重置嗎 不是就單純buff
算吧 大招可以開兩次 w加位移
悟空是12.7版本的w能穿牆
斯溫是12.8版本的改動
那個 discretion 要翻譯成「裁量權」或裁量空間啦
意思是MSI官方有權ban任何經改動的英雄
我說的是這次改穿牆跟buff傷害
還是要問riot的邏輯 斯溫 歐拉夫都算小重製加強 卻
要auto ban
曾經5.18的鬼神該動就強勢上線
歐拉夫沒有auto ban 因為MSI版還沒改
