灰狼之前跟Joe Smith的密約 讓灰狼被聯盟沒收了五年首輪選秀權
後來喬成罰三年選秀權
應該是2001 2002 2004這三年
這三年灰狼戰績還算可以
如果是拿到選秀權應該是介於樂透以下到前二十的順位之間機會大
這位置也選不到2002狀元姚明或2004狀元魔獸吧
而且聯盟還是不錯的讓03大年給灰狼選啊

但這也間接造成灰狼在04年狼王西決落敗後 開始進入衰敗期
最後導致2007年狼王含淚被交易到青賽

這處罰說真的蠻重的....沒有新人進來好比公司沒有年輕的血汗勞工啊，
只能去市場上簽球員。

但對比當年太鼓達人 MLB主席 佛地魔 高高舉起輕輕放下
面對外界有要求給太鼓達人當年的成績與WS TITLE打上星號顯的興趣缺缺。
所以前主席史騰還是相當有GUTS的，
