Job description
‧ Provide both on-site and remote applications support to customers. Assist customers in solving problems related to the application of Onto Innovation steppers to their manufacturing processes.
‧ Supports the Applications Lab for live demo with customer and provides execution support when required.
‧ Interface with external customers and internal departments to best determine equipment specifications.
‧ Perform experiments and/or analytical investigations within guidelines supplied by senior engineers.
‧ Report on results of experiments, tests and studies, provide preliminary interpretation. ‧ Aid in design and development of new equipment or redesign of existing systems to meet customer requirements.
‧ Communicate with external sales personnel and internal departments to determine customer needs.
‧ Apply good problem solve skills to support customer process related issues
and applications issues.
‧ Will be required to work with Marketing to generate data for conferences and magazine articles
‧ Demonstrate systems to customers and provide customer training to ensure systems are being used effectively.
‧ Up to 30% travel is required with extended stays at customer locations Job
