已買票的人，票仍然有效，新賽程日宣布時自動轉至該期間

2.To customers who have already received their tickets: On new race date
confirmation, we will need to issue you New Tickets which will be delivered
free-of-charge. The previous tickets sent to you can no longer be used and
you will need to use these new tickets issued to you instead. E-tickets will be issued & valid from 2 to 3 weeks prior to the new race date.

已經收到紙本票的人，新賽程日確定後可以免費換發新票，舊票作廢
電子票會在開賽前 2~3 週重新寄發

3.In case you do not wish to receive new tickets: it is important to us that all our customers are satisfied and feel supported during this difficult
time. Once our New Date is announced but you do not wish or are unable to
continue with your Vietnam Grand Prix 2020 purchase, we will be processing
requests for refunds. You will be able to leave your information in this
link. We will then contact you on confirmation of the new date and look to
process your request.

所以不管接著還要不要辦，越南站都確定會有無條件退費的選項了
只是款項會被 hold 到何時就不得而知了
