首先停火部份，小澤只提到第一階段海、空先停火，但現在戰況基本上是俄羅斯用
滑翔炸彈、長程無人機、伊斯坎德爾單方面轟炸烏克蘭。烏克蘭空軍沒有什麼進攻能力，最多偶爾射個長程無人機偷襲個煉油廠，不痛不癢。海軍的部分，俄國海軍雖然不怎樣，好歹偶爾能出海射幾發巡弋飛彈，至於烏克蘭海軍.....有這種東西嗎?

所謂海空停火，在俄國看來就是單方面讓一隻手，讓烏克蘭地面部隊喘口氣回血，不用
再怕FAB-3000和伊斯坎德爾放心補給和集結。俄國頭被撞到才會同意這樣的停火。

至於協議，小澤說的是「礦產和安全協議」(the agreement on minerals and security)文義上礦產和安全保障是綁在一起的，沒有單獨的礦產協議。
要是美國肯給安全保障，上次在白宮就簽成了，哪有後面的全球直播真人秀可以看。

總之小澤這篇上除了捧捧川普LP以外，很難說可以促成什麼實質進展。
還是比不上某島國跪得又快又徹底阿。
