‧ Herniated disc (HIVD):
There are herniated discs at the L3-L4 and L4-L5
levels of the spine. This means that t
he soft inner part of the disc has
bulged out and is putting pressure on the spinal nerves.

‧ Thecal sac compression:
The thecal sac is a sac of fluid that surrounds
the spinal cord. In this case, the herniated
discs are compressing the thecal sac.

‧ Annular disc tear:
There is an annular disc tear at the
L4-L5 level. The annulus fibrosus is t
he outer ring of the disc, and a tear in it can lead to
further disc degeneration.

‧ No acute bony fracture:
There are no signs of a recent fracture in the
bones of the lumbar spine.

‧ 椎間盤突出（HIVD）：
在L3-L4和L4-L5椎間盤處存在椎間盤突出，這可能導致脊神經壓迫。

‧ 椎管狹窄： 椎管是脊髓周圍的腔隙，由於椎間盤突出而導致椎管狹窄。

‧ 纖維環撕裂： 在L4-L5椎間盤處存在纖維環撕裂，纖維環是椎間盤的外環。

‧ 無急性骨骨折： 沒有發現近期腰椎骨骨折跡象。
