九月底時曾與捷星航空客服聯繫，給與“航班因應COVID-19疫情造成無法正常航行，會在出發前一個月至半個月前通知後續動作。”
今日收到郵件通知已經可以退票。(代金券)

We’re sorry to let you know that we’ve significantly reduced the number of Jetstar Asia scheduled services. As such, your flight/s on booking xxxxx have beencancelled and we are unable to accommodate you on an alternative service.
We’ve made this decision in response to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, including various government-imposed travel restrictions beyond our control.
As a result, we’re offering customers a Jetstar credit voucher to the full value of their untraveled booking.
