of what Kenny was like, hey, you're here. We got to make sure we get guys up

the team? Yeah, but like putting guys there on that level of empowerment, youknow, having that and looking yourself in the mirror, how can I get others
better? That was the next jump for me, and he really challenged me on that."

from like, hey, you know, we already know what you can do. Let's get
everybody to this point and to this level because no one person has done it
by themselves in this league at all. You have to continue to find ways to geteverything out of everybody."

讓隊上每個人都可以達到這樣的境界，因為在這個聯盟，沒有人可以只靠自己贏球。就

because wait, like this is rolling. Great. Like, you know what I mean,
whatever it takes because at the end of the day, the goal is to win a
championship, not just, hey, I averaged 30 for my career or 25 for my career
and then go home and that's it."
