詹姆斯（LeBron James）領銜主演的《怪物奇兵：全新世代》再過幾天就要與觀眾見面，在戲中預計也有不少戲份的里拉德（Damian Lillard）如今貢獻自己另一專長，他在推特宣佈替電影錄製1首名為《About That Time》歌曲。

《About That Time》除里拉德還找來其他饒舌歌手一同來助陣，包括G-Eazy、P-Lo與
White Dave，歌曲目前已經能再各大串流音樂平台例如《Spotify》收聽，里拉德饒舌音樂路得到不少好評，分別在2016、2017與2019年出過專輯。

《怪物奇兵：全新世代》過去釋出的預告片中，顯示里拉德是扮演反派角色，與詹姆斯率領的卡通人物夥伴的正義一方對抗，同為反派的還有其他NBA球員像：戴維斯（Anthony
Davis）與湯普森（Klay Thompson）都有各自角色出現在預告。
