我昨天(5/27)下午去填了官網的保固表單
不用特別填什麼
就是附上照片、貨號、聯絡資訊(地址、電話、名字)

Hello,

I’m a RAM MOUNTS user from Taiwan. I purchased the RAM-HOL-UN10BU phone holderin 2022 and have been using it for about two and a half years.
Recently, while riding on the road, the holder suddenly broke, causing my phone(an iPhone 15 Pro Max) to fall and roll on the road along with the holder.

I understand that RAM MOUNTS products come with a lifetime warranty, so I firstcontacted the store where I originally purchased the item. However, they informed me that they do not provide warranty service and advised me to contact the manufacturer directly — which is why I’m reaching out to you now.

I would appreciate your assistance regarding the warranty claim and any steps Ineed to follow to get a replacement.

今天凌晨3點就收到信件說貨物寄出了
沒有來來回回的詢問、沒有多餘的保固文件或購買證明要求
非常阿莎莉的直接寄出
還附上追蹤碼可查詢進度

不過比較要擔心的是
因為當初表單地址只能選美國的州
所以我是空白 只填台灣地址 沒有加TW或ROC

結果他們自動幫我填了CN....
希望還是會寄來台灣啦
如果跑去中國 我就要再填一次表單了XD
