芭芭拉，西風教團的祈禮牧師，雖然遊戲中沒有明確展示過教團裡的上下關係
但從劇情來看芭芭拉對「天空之琴」有管理、回收的義務，應該也有個幹部級別

身分是神職人員、也是治療者與蒙德城人見人愛的偶像，可說是一片純白
四星中唯一自帶 cut in 的待遇至今仍讓人費解
