今天收到IB有關一支債券的訊息
前陣子買了美國鋼鐵的債券

Senior Notes due 2029.
Terms of the offer are as follows (subject to proration):
Option 1 - Take no action
Option 2 - Tender notes for cash: 945.00 USD + 50.00 USD Early Tender Premium+ Accrued Interest per 1,000 Principal Amount tendered

這意思是美國鋼鐵想提前回購債券嗎?
如果是的話
要怎麼評估可以給他回購 或是不要呢?

2029到期的債券約合用99.5元跟你收購，附前手息給你，你
可以看一下現價跟收購價差多少，我是覺得2022到2029還是
有天期太長的問題，這個緊縮的環境下是可以賣給他的，因
為買回是有上限的，可能要儘早決定。
