Travis Snider 今天稍早在個人社群網站上宣布退役
正式高掛球鞋告別職棒球員身分
Snider 打完高中之後投入美國職棒2008年選秀會，而且在首輪第14順位被藍鳥隊挑中
曾經也是備受外界期待的潛力大物新秀
當時在年僅20歲就直接被藍鳥隊升上大聯盟賽場
不過後續發展平平，自2015年球季之後就沒有在大聯盟出賽，只能在小聯盟和獨立聯盟打拚
合計八年的大聯盟球員生涯，效力過藍鳥隊、海盜隊以及金鶯隊
一共出賽630場，繳出435支安打、54發全壘打、212分打點、22次盜壘成功
生涯通算打擊三圍 .244/.311/.399 OPS 0.709
