WHO世界衛生組織的一篇文章中

就有提到這個詞組
" With firm political will and an integrated approach that addresses vehicles, the people who use roads, and the road infrastructure, roads can be made
safer. "
不過因為這是升學考試 , 大考中心的英文科閱卷主持人跟教授們說了算....
