條件：購買遊戲, DLC, 硬體, 應用程式, 原聲音樂, 遊戲內物品;
refund上述物品會扣回Steam Points
(2) 亦可從「其他使用者獎勵你分享的使用者上傳內容」來取得Steam Points
(3) Steam Points無法從加值錢包或市集交易取得

a. 由Points Shop取得的動畫大頭圖, 邊框, 背景, 徽章, 聊天物件 可永久保留
