但凡多不愉快的事情都能據實以告，我們也不會在人生的記事本上多記一筆謊言。

這並非表示我們撒謊成性，呣呣～很多時候我們撒謊只是為了保護自己，抑或是替某些人著想。

你現在可能身處在不得不撒謊的氛圍中，若不這麼做，可能會揭露一些你目前不想暴露的資訊——即便那可能是你內心真實的想法。

你也可以直率的表達自己的感受與想法，或是表達對於隱私方面的堅持，而非撒個善意謊言作解釋。

無論何者，都別因選擇結果而卻步。

註：選擇本身就是一生的課題。

在人生旅途中，呣們常常會面對許多選擇，時而撒謊應對，時而據實以告。但無論何者，皆毋須對自身有太多的批判。

撒謊並非不好、據實以告也沒有比較清高，這都只是因目的不同而做的選擇，重點應該放在目的的追求而非路徑的抉擇。
