New Taipei CTBC DEA (T1 League) signed experienced 34-year-old Serbian power
forward Nikola Markovic (208cm-1989). He started the season at CSM CSU Oradeain Romanian Liga Nationala, where he has played for the last five years.
Markovic managed to play in three leagues this year, showcasing his skills ondifferent levels. In 7 Liga Nationala games, he averaged 4.0ppg and 2.3rpg,
helping his team reach the Romanian Cup Semifinals. He also played 4 games inFIBA Europe Cup, averaging 4.8ppg and 3.5rpg. Additionally, he recorded 1
game in Basketball Champions League, contributing 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1steal.

He represented Serbia at the World University Games in Kazan (Russia) eleven
years ago. Markovic's team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 8
games: 6.9ppg, 4.8rpg, 1.1apg, FGP: 56.7%, 3PT: 14.3%, FT: 66.7%. He is a
very experienced player who has played professionally in Greece (PAOK Mateco
Thessaloniki,KAO Dramas, and Panelefsiniakos), Poland (Anwil, Enea Zastal,
Stal, and Trefl), and Serbia (KK Beovuk

His team won the Romanian League Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to the
