21950. (a) The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a
pedestrian crossing the roadway within any marked crosswalk or within any
unmarked crosswalk at an intersection, except as otherwise provided in this
chapter.

駕駛人應該要禮讓行人

無論有沒有標線

(b) This section does not relieve a pedestrian from the duty of using due
care for their safety. No pedestrian may suddenly leave a curb or other placeof safety and walk or run into the path of a vehicle that is so close as to
constitute an immediate hazard. No pedestrian may unnecessarily stop or delaytraffic while in a marked or unmarked crosswalk.

行人並沒有免除應該注意的義務。

沒有行人可以不必要的停止

或者延遲阻擋交通

(c) The driver of a vehicle approaching a pedestrian within any marked or
unmarked crosswalk shall exercise all due care and shall reduce the speed of
the vehicle or take any other action relating to the operation of the vehicleas necessary to safeguard the safety of the pedestrian.

駕駛人接近行人時

無論有沒有標線

應注意且減速

或以各種必要的方式保護行人的安全

(d) Subdivision (b) does not relieve a driver of a vehicle from the duty of
exercising due care for the safety of any pedestrian within any marked
crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection.

行人如果有(b)的行為

並不會免除駕駛人對行人安全應注意的責任

無論有沒有標線

如果你沒有禮讓

會罰$238

然後會被記一點

如果有撞到人

那有其他另外的罰則

而且比起有效率的台灣

美國人更智障

很多時候碰到行人都沒有的路口

都必須完全停車才能再開

禮讓的根本就是空氣人

只能說啦

要問國外就問問中國或是印度之類的

台灣人講究的是效率

之前不是有人說

一天才撞死一個人就還好

交通堵塞問題比較大
