因昨日爸爸做大腸鏡腫瘤切片
今天有看到以下診斷結果
但因為不清楚醫學專業診斷
想問問各位厲害的大大代表什麼意思…
以下是內視鏡診斷，目前還有病理結果待確認
因為真的很擔心爸爸，很怕是大腸癌

Clinical Diagnosis : Negative ‧Bowel habitus change Indication : Positive FOBT(非國健署或化學法) Bowel habitus change Vital sign ( 1 ) BP : 170 ／98 mmHg ( 2 ) PR : 96 ／min ( 3 ) SPO2 : 100 ％ Colon preparation agent : Phosphosoda類 Cleansing time : Split dose Cleansing Level : Good Instrument : C18 CF-H290OL-2940975 Insertion level : Cecum Pre-medication : None Sedation : Fentanyl (含Alfentanyl) Anti-platelet / Anti-coagulant agents : NIL Endoscopic diagnosis : Tumor,Sigmoid colon,4cm,S/p biopsy,(A) Internal hemorrhoid Complication : NIL Colonoscopic Findings : Digital rectal examination was performed and revealed no abnormalities. The endoscope was introduced through the anus 80 cm and advanced to thececum, which was identified by the ileocecal valve. The quality of the colon preparation was adequate. There is a hemicercumferetiated friable tumor,Sigmoid colon,4cm, from anal verge 20cm, S/p biopsy,(A) Internal hemorrhoid 本大腸鏡報告臨床診斷部分為內視鏡診斷，最終診斷以病理診斷為主。
