When the clerk of the course decides it is safe to call in the safety car themessage “SAFETY CAR IN THIS LAP” will be sent to all Competitors using the
official messaging system and the car’s orange lights will be extinguished.
This will be the signal to the Competitors and drivers that it will be
entering the pit lane at the end of that lap.
At this point the first car in line behind the safety car may dictate
the pace and, if necessary, fall more than ten (10) car lengths behind it.

In order to avoid the likelihood of accidents before the safety car returns
to the pits, from the point at which the lights on the car are turned out
drivers must proceed at a pace which involves no erratic acceleration or
braking nor any other manoeuvre which is likely to endanger other drivers
or impede the restart.

PIA被罰是因為Erratic braking，至於他的行為算不算?這你沒辦法讓所有人都同意的

另外順便提一下昨天PIA在冷卻室的抱怨
因為上面的規則是從安全車燈熄掉開始生效
所以昨天PIA的抱怨是說事情剛好是在安全車燈熄掉時發生

他就覺得因為規則書上沒寫幾psi算Erratic braking所以你不能罰人Erratic braking嘛 實際上規則沒明確訂出數值的東西多了 防守時應該留出的安全空間、彎道前幾公分算是煞車區開始、看到旗子後幾毫秒算是可 以接受的人體反應速度... F1很多判定是交給裁判斟酌的 也因此會有判罰不一致被罵的情況，但是F1很多判定實務上最終還是得靠人 不是所有的規定都能做到像賽道限制有沒有出線一看就知道
